Bob Canino brings more than 30 years of experience to his clients. He is an accomplished business leader, coach and consultant in the areas of career management, executive coaching, values alignment, strategic planning, sustainability, customer and employee development and retention, change management, and building cultures of accountability. As an award-winning executive and career coach, he has literally coached hundreds of individuals since starting his own company in 2009. Bob is an innovative, client-centric leader who thrives on helping people achieve success through his passion for values alignment and performance excellence.
Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Bob’s leadership skills developed early by serving in the U.S. Army. He carried that experience forward to a successful 30+ year career in the banking, financial, and consumer goods industries, most notably with Coca-Cola Enterprises where he held numerous positions reaching the director and controllership levels in administrative, financial, sales, call center, and customer loyalty areas. He is most proud of leading a team that standardized processes and procedures, clarified accountability, and built a customer-centric culture yielding substantial cost savings and increased revenue across all North American business units. More recently, as an executive with a leading global human resources consulting firm and head of his own small business, Bob has been specializing in career, executive, and business coaching. He's had the good fortune of working with diverse professional levels from senior executives to middle management and supervision, within multiple industries that include defense, aerospace, health care, banking, technology, human resources, media, engineering, legal, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical devices, and financial services.
Education and Professional Development
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, NY. He is a Certified Executive and Career Coach as well as a Master Certified Coach Trainer. He is also a decorated Sergeant of the United States Army. Bob serves as director elect for the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Tampa Bay Charter Chapter and is a member of The Center for Executive Coaching, International Coach Federation, American Society for Training and Development, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Legion. He is also an active coach in the MBA Leadership Coaching Program at the University of Tampa. Bob is certified in the application and interpretation of several personal assessment tools as well as organizational diagnostics.
