A Business/Individual coach is very similar to a sports coach. A coach does not execute the plays for the athlete but helps them develop their personal skills and knowledge of the game in order for them to make better decisions and excel on their own. At its very best, the relationship is long-term and feeds on continued guidance, support, and encouragement, but thrives on the relentless demand for accountability.
Traditional consulting, while having its place, takes a very different approach.
